We understand how ordering the right style and size can sometimes prove difficult online. As such, we are pleased to be able to offer customers the option of an exchange or refund on all online orders within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, provided the original tags are attached, and items are returned in an unworn condition together with the original packaging.

All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty. We recommend that you choose a shipping service with a tracking option, that you obtain Proof of Postage and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.

If you would like to exchange or refund an item, please email info@baaclothing.com with your name, contact details, invoice number, and either the details of the replacement item of choice, including name, colour and size, or your reason for requesting a refund. If the style you require is 'out of stock,' a gift voucher or refund will be issued.
