British Forces Deliveries

If you choose to have your goods delivered to a British Forces address please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. A full postal address is required including postcode.

Returns

Our policy last 28 days (14days for refunds). We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept liability for missing returns without a tracking number.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if the customer would like to exchange item for an alternative size or if the item is defective or damaged. To process an exchange, send us an email at info@baaclothing.com including your order number, instructions for the exchange and send your item to the returns address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your exchange has been dispatched.

Refunds (if applicable)

To request a refund, send us an email at info@baaclothing.com including your order number, the reason for return and send your item to the returns address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the funds clear in your account.
